Cortina Enterprise is a minority-woman owned consulting and management company, providing our federal and state government clients with IT solutions and project/program management; and providing all businesses, large and small, private and public, with full business start-up and management services. We also specialize in staffing for all of our public and private clients, including security cleared professionals.
Lauren M
Owner | CEO and President
Lauren received her MBA in Education, from George Mason University. She spent 11 years as a teacher and certified reading specialist in Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS), and taught for two years at the International School in the Cayman Islands.
Lauren is the CEO and President of Cortina Enterprise and our subsidiaries, Cortina Consulting Group, Use Ancillary, and Lucid Staffing. Lauren also manages our HR and equity and diversity implementation programs.

Part Owner | COO & Vice President
Eric is a US Army Veteran, having served OIF and OEF, with a BA in Marketing and MBA in Project Management, from Strayer University.
Eric is a Senior Consultant and Advisor for Use Ancillary, a Cortina Enterprise subsidiary, specializing in business management consulting.

They are partners and authorized re-sellers of Printer Logic, a cloud based print management solution that streamlines enterprise printing, minimizes print related helpdesk tickets, and removes the need for a managed print server.
Peridot IT provides secure cloud data hosting for private and federal clients. Peridot specializes in the utilization of Microsoft Azure Government as the cloud backend for our federal organizations.
EL Cole is a CPA and Tax firm. Not only do they handle our taxes, but as they gain clients who need accounting/bookkeeping, they refer them to us. As we gain clients for business consulting, we refer them to Cole Enterprises for taxes
Sinew Management Group is an Native American ownerd Management and Consulting firm providing consulting services to the federal government. We are currently partnered with them on the JSP EMPS contract at the Pentagon
